dh and I plan on trying for our second when ds turns 2 (December) I have PCOS and had trouble getting pregnant with our first. We ended up going to see a fertility specialist who put me on metformin to help me ovulate.

Anyone have any experience with PCOS... I have heard that sometimes you get pregnant faster the 2nd time around, it took us almost 2 years the 1st time.

Sometimes I wish I had a crystal ball.... I don't think I am quite ready to start trying now in case it happens right away but don't want it to take another 2 years either!

I stopped taking the metformin after my 1st trimester and haven't taken it since....hoping not to have to take it again, not the most enjoyable drug to get used to

I have pcos too. It took me almost five years to have our first. I was using met and fertility drugs.
With our second i was only on Metformin to control the symptoms of the pcos. Got pregnant and didn't even know it.
