ginger ale , sprite, Almonds (plain un salted), Papaya Chewables, I had to keep changing it up. Alot of the time if I would get right up eat a little something then wait to do anything would help. I had to always wait to brush my teeth till last thing I did before walking out the door.

Try sour things. Lemonaid. Lemonheads candy. Cranberry juice. My dr. told me that usually works and it did for me. Hang in there the reward is priceless!

How much sleep are you getting? My morning sickness is directly coorelated to my sleep. My midwfie says I need to shoot for 10 hours of sleep a night. Since starting that, I feel much better.

I tried preggy pops, ginger, lemonaide, and other stuff and none of them helped.

I am also taking a B-6 vitamin for energy too, but I think really it is the sleep that solved the morning sickness.

I was horribly sick with my third which was a big surprise as it was pretty mild with my first two!! With my second, popsicles was the thing that worked for me! With my third, I ended up with medicine as it was just plain AWFUL. The only thing that sort of worked for me besides the meds was Big Red Gum...which I haven't chewed since and had never really chewed it before!! It just struck me as something that would taste good in the check out line one day!! I would just suggest trying several things and see what works for you. And definitely talk to your Dr. if nothing else helps! Hang in there!! I know how tough it can be!! So worth it in the long run but hard on that day to day basis!!

Good, I am glad you are getting lots of sleep! I would check with your doc - but my midwife put me on a regimine of 50mg of B-6 (from CVS) when I go to bed along with one (or half) Unisom sleep tablet (not sleep tabs or gel caps) to help me sleep more and conteract the energy vitamin. I then take half a B-6 in the morning with the option of the other half mid-day. She said I can have up to 100 mg per day. The Unisom might help you get a full night of sleep - I don't think it even had the typical breastfeeding or pregnant mom disclaimer.

She also recommended Ginger capsules which I found in a vitamin/herb shop - but they just made me burp up ginger. But she said it helped some moms. I was also told to listen to my cravings.

Good luck!

This works along with anything that is peppermint/spearamint. I had horrible ms with my first and peppermints were the only thing that saved me. My dr even put me on meds and they didn't work.

I had great success with Sea Bands with my first pregnancy. They're not doing a whole lot for me this time around. My friend swears by herbal supplements called "Morning Sickness Magic", which DH ran out to Babies R Us for me today to buy. I am about to take one. I hope they work.
