I have a friend who had relations with her so and this was the first time they did it and they didnt use anything and they only did it for a few mins. I think in theory if a woman ovulates late wouldn't her period be late because for most it starts 14 days after ovulation.

True but if there was ovulation due to little stress wouldnt they ovluate?

There are many many sites that talk about menses and stress. Heck I have been stesses latley a lot and I didn't even have mine last month AT ALL. I am not prego either and I knew I wasnt I just tried to handle my stress better this month.
