I had this problem the last 10 weeks with my dd.... I had to watch my salt intake, UP my water A LOT, also I had to take a afternoon break to be able to just lie with my feet up. HTH

my feet and hands are not too bad today! I am just staying indoors unless I need to go somewhere and I am def not adding any salt if I know about it.
I have never had issues wiht blood pressure so thats a start but I do have protien issues I had that with both my girls and with oldest dd I know as my feet started swelling and she was bor shortly after. I do need to wait a week or 2 this time tho LOL

well Im off to clean out things (I am totally nesting and going nuts about getting things ready

Drink, drink, drink more water. When dehydrated, your body goes into famine mode and tries to hang onto it. Swim - very good for all of you and takes the weight off your body by letting it float. And yes, contact your doctor to rule out preeclampsia. I had it twice.

Thanks I will drink more water tomorow(ill be up more than not having to pee tonight~ I wake up enough at night to pee when Im not preggo so if you can imagine when I am preggo YIKES!.

I go weekly now to the dr so I will call monday if its still really bad
I remember being swollen really bad with oldest dd but she ended up coming shortly after ad my blood pressure has always been really good if not perfect.
Tho I do have +1 protien I have also cut as much salt out as poss.
