Do you stock up on diapers and wipes when you find a good deal? I always did. It did backfire on me once though. DS#3 self-trained in a day to use the potty when he was only 18 months old! Boy was I surprised. I had 6 Jumbo packs of diapers stocked up in the closet. I gave them to our minister and his wife who had a baby about the same age. I recently stocked up on wipes when I found them for 99cents a box! Wipes are something we can always use, if if DD unexpectedly potty-trains, which would be a blessing since she's 3!

I do stockpile diapers and wipes -- and if I ever no longer need to use them, well that is OK too -- I always manage to pass them on to someone else.

I started my diaper and wipe stockpike when I found mommysavers and learned how to use coupons and then discovered babycheapskate who told me where to get the best deals each week.

I have about 30 packs of wipes and about that many packs of diapers! I do have a 18 month old daughter and 5 week old son though so if my daughter doesn't need what I got for her than he can use it and if he doesn't... I am saving it for our future children since we just started our family.

I only buy like that when I get a good deal. I havn't ever paid full price since my daughter was 6 months old. I just got a box of diapers for $9 and a bunch of luvs jumbos for $1.49 a piece. The wipes I got mostly free thanks to Target.

I stock up on diapers and wipes too. I am potty training my ds-3, so I am hoping that the diapers/pull ups I have stockpiled will be the last I ever buy!

I buy the really big boxes of both, but that's as far as my stockpiling goes. Does that count?

When ever I find a really good deal, I will stockpile on diapers and wipes. For the first 9 months, I only had to buy maybe 4 packs of diapers when DS was born b/c I had stockpiled so much. Right now, I have a ton of wipes d/t Target sales/clearance.

I do. We are having twins, so we know we will use a lot anyway. Besides, for friends who have "re-stocking" showers, I could always have a gift at the ready, so I don't see it as a bad thing.

This year my husband even said he wanted diapers for his birthday--but he was teasing!

I definitly stock up on wipes! I go through them so fast that when I find a good deal, I jump on it! With diapers I have only gone so far as to buy two of the big boxes at babies r us when they have a good deal (like getting a $15 gift card when you buy 2 boxes!!!) But DD went through the newborn & size 1 diapers so fast that I had a ton of leftovers & I learned my lesson to slow down! but, they are getting passed on to a friend who is due in a month. I am also not sure what diapers to use once she outgrows size 2 bc she is in the swaddlers sensitive & they dont make bigger ones once I decide on a brand I will probably stock up! at least with diapers, they never spoil or go out of style! lol!
