and still no teeth! LOL I don't think this is the norm? older dd had quite a few teeth by now, started at 6 months.

you'd think she'd have her lower 2 by now

I can't keep blaming her fussiness on teeth if they never show up!

A friend of mine has a daughter that didn't get any teeth until she was 14 months! Don't worry about it. You can still keep blaming her fussyness on her teeth-they're just being stubbron and making her even more fussy!

This is great news.

Funny I know. Both my kids were toothless at 1 (they came in shortly after) and the dentist later said that late teeth are often great teeth. My kids (now 8 & 9) have never had a cavity. All that extra time of their little teeth being protected.

You will also find that they will fall out late. The tooth fairy had been to all their friends houses and back again several times before mine lost theirs.

My 2 youngest dd's both did not have their first tooth until about 11 months. I thought it was strange too. But it is all working out just fine!

My girls were late getting teeth also. I never heard about late teeth being great teeth! Sounds good though

My son cut his first tooth and started walking in the same month.. not 'til he was 10 months old. lol I was suprised too, but NONE of my children cute teeth at the ages I hear are 'normal',, they were all SEVERAL months old before teeth began to show up
