I think Riley was about 6 months and the 1st didn't really seem to bother him. The 2 yr molars are a different story!!

My oldest was 4 months and she just started screaming (she has always been dramatic! She is 22 and still dramatic!) My other kids were a bit older and just got swollen gums, a bit cranky and maybe a slight fever.

I originally asked bc I thought DD was about to cut a tooth but I wasn't sure...and she did! I can't believe it! she's only 3 1/2 months! That just seems so early to me! Poor baby just screams like crazy! and she eats her fingers all day long!

My daughter took teething pretty well, but my girlfriend had a great idea. She had those net feeders for fruits, etc, and she'd put an ice cube in them for her daughter to chomp on. She tried to only do it once in a while, but I guess it really helped. I've also heard to wet a corner of a washcloth and freeze it... then the rest is dry and she won't get herself all wet! Hang in there!
