I did. Please don't wait. Get your blood pressure and urine checked right away (I'm sorry I saw this so late in the day.) Call your Dr. in the morning. I started having blood pressure problems (which I never had until I was preggo - I was not overweight, either) and swelling fairly early on. I was working then and had to stop in about twice a week or so just to have them check my bp and urine out. Lots of water will help. I started having early labor and was put on bedrest at week 27. I did end up with preeclampsia. Headaches and spots/dizziness can happen, too.
Bottom line, get in to the Dr. right away, even if it's only to see a nurse and have them check your blood pressure and urine (for blood or protein). They can also do a test to ensure you aren't in early labor and another test (fetal fibronectin or something like that) to see if you are showing ready to give birth within 2 weeks (not perfect, but it helps). I had to be put on meds. Also, your uterus stretches much more quickly on your second, and you could be expanding quickly or retaining too much water. Rule out serious stuff...I'm honestly not trying to scare you, but to let you know it needs to be checked....from personal experience. I was like you...I didn't want to bother them with little stuff. That little stuff put the baby and me in danger. (I ended being rushed from Urgent Care to the hospital when I got it after, yes after - very rare, according to them, my second was born.
Let us know what the Dr. office says. Keep drinking water, eating right and light, rest and try to keep from stress to keep that BP down.
