I ended up pushing for 2-1/2 hours and the doc used the vacuum on the baby.

That is a neat website. Thanks for sharing. I ended up having a c- section due to the heart rate dropping. I was offered the option to try pushing and risking the heat rate going lower.

It sounds much like my first actual delivery, only it wasn't due to his heart rate dropping. He just decided he liked it in there, and didn't want to leave!
