After reading so many responses to my bathroom problem, I realized that I could be drinking more water. I always try and stop drinking after supper, so I'm not up 20 times at night, but I could probably drink more while I'm awake.

My dad had some Propel water in the basement and I decided to give it a try. Its so good! I read the ingredents on it and I can't see anything that would be bad, but I was wondeirng what the rest of you thought.

My midwife told me that I could put some Crystal Light in my water to get me to drink more, but I only like the tea flavors and I don't want the extra caffinene. Plus I'm not super excited about drinking all that artifical stuff.

There is only like 30 calories in them and I LOVE them!! They even have the packets for a water bottle that you can buy.
