Quick & Easy Curried Indian Chickpeas

Very easy, economical and healthy. Serve over rice.
1 onion, chopped
2 Tbsp olive oil
2 15 1/2oz can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp tumeric or ground coriander (I use coriander bc I have it in my spice cabinet. Otherwise can use tumeric)
1 tsp ground cumin
3 Tblsp prepared chutney (I use sweet mango or spicy & sweet mango)
2 15 1/2 oz can diced tomatoes
Sautee the onion in olive oil until soft, about 3-5min.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to combine well. Cover & allow to cook at least 5 min, stirring occasionally until heated through.
