2 (15oz)black beans, drained and rinsed
1 1/2 c vegetable broth
1 c chunky salsa
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin

4 Tbs sour cream
2 Tbs sliced green onion

In blender, combine 11/4 can beans, broth, salsa, and cumin. Blend until fairly smooth.

Heat the bean mixture in a saucepan with rest of whole beans over medium heat until thoroughly heated.

Serve with dollop sour cream and green onions!

(This is so good I've served it to company several times)
