I use frozen bread dough for this. You could easily substitue home made dough.
2 loaves frozen bread dough
lots of swiss chard (it wilts down)
garlic powder
parmasian cheese
hot pepper flakes
oregano
Proof your frozen loaves by turning your oven to 200 degrees. Boil a pan of water. Turn off the oven and put the pan of water on the bottom shelf. Put the bread doughs on the middle shelf on a cookie sheet w/ a little olive oil. Keep the door closed to keep the steam in.
Mean while, wash then boil the swiss chard in salted water and drain.
When the dough has doubled in size, take one dough off and smoosh out one dough to cover the cookie sheet. Layer your swiss chard on the dough, sprinkle w/ parmasian chees garlic powder and a tiny bit of hot pepper flakes.
You can smoosh the other dough out on a cookie sheet then put it on the top or smoosh it out and use a pizza cutter to make strips and put them on like a lattas topped pie, you don't have to be neat it will be pretty any way you do it.
Top with grated parasian cheese and sprinkle w/ oregano. Bake on 450 until it's brown on the top and bottom, about 15 minutes-ish.
I make this a lot!
