8 oz cream cheese, softened
1/4 c mayo
1 med cucumber, peeled,seeded,finely chopped
3/4 tsp fresh dill weed(1/2 tsp if dried)
1/4 tsp garlic salt


Press cucumber through a colander to remove moisture.
Process cream cheese and mayo in blender til smooth.
Combine mixture, cucumber, dill and garlic salt chill til ready to use to allow flavors to blend. :happy dance:

Oh this is soo up my alley!!

I've got cucumbers and dill in the garden going crazy! OH! I have a tip for everyone who has cucumbers arriving all at once! As soon as you pick them, wrap them in plastic wrap and put them in the refridgerater. They last so much longer.

I'm going to have this for lunch today. Thank you.
