I have another recipe that I made yesterday and I eat it again for lunch. You can add chicken to it but without it is also great.
you will need : potatoes, cumin seeds powder, self rising flower, butter, oil, salt, peper, curry, union, garlic, coconut milk (can).
Now first you will make the dough : you take 3 cups of flower than 1 cup of water and 4 table spoon of butter (melt the butter) and mixed it all in a big bowl. Just like your going to make bread. Once you finished you let it rise for about an hour or so.
You will cut the potatoes and boil in a pot. Once you finished you will take it out and mashed it up with the cummin seed powder and salt. You take the bread dough and cut it up in several pieces and make round circles and put a little of the mashed potatoes in. Once you done all of them you will roll them like tortillas. And fry them in a flat pan along with oil or butter up to you which one you want to use.
You take another portion of the potatoes and you fry it with garlic, union, peper, salt and curry and you mixed the coconut milk in there with the 1 cup of water. Once that's finishe you take the roti bread and the curry sauce and potatoes and you have your dis for tonight.
