I found this website by googling stay at home mom- because I just quit my job to stay home with my kids-and now I think I'm having a panic attack! What do I do? Where do I start? What do sahms DO all day? How the heck can we afford this? I need pearls of advice, people! We decided to make our kid's well being more important than the measley 2nd income I was bringing in, but this is so scary. I've ALWAYS worked!

I bought the book, and here I am! I'm not frugal by nature...so I figure I need lots of support and ideas.

Hello!

Just registered 3 mins ago. I've been stay-at-home mom since my first child was born -- 9 mos. ago. I found this site today by just typing "stay at home moms"... I'm hoping to connect with the experts in homemaking as well as with new moms out there.

LOL It's ok, just breathe! What do stay at home moms do? We cook, we clean, and we spend the rest of the time with the kid that make us a mom. Try art projects, story time, an occasional movie with the kiddo's, color, play with all the toys they find so facinating, but spend some time for you too. Mommy Savers is here ALWAYS looking for your ideas, input and suggestions

I was on Terry Riggs Budget Stretcher site downloading yet another budget form to keep me ontrack about 12 months ago when I got the link... didn't bother until the other day though when I was bored and looking for some info on frugal cooking, remembered the site and decided to take a peek... I'm hooked.
