Hello out there! My name is Andrea and I am a first-time mom who just had a big wake up call. I am living outside of my means and need help on roping it in. Can you girls help me, pretty please?!? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Andrea and welcome! Are you a stay at home mom or are you working? Have you made a budget? Do you know exactly how much you spend per week on bills and extras? I think that would be a good place to start. Once you know how much extra you have or are in need of you can get a better idea of what you need to do. This site is filled with money saving ideas, take some time and check it out. I find the very best way to save money is to stay home and cook from scratch. Good luck.

Welcome!! I can't say anything more than what these ladies have said!! I agree, if you're a SAHM, the best way to save money is to stay at home...or if you do have to be out and about do things like pack a few snacks and drinks to take along instead of buying food while out....
