I'm a new mom and new member of the forum from Michigan. I want to be a stay at home mom, but I currently bring home 75% of the household income. If anyone has any ideas how to do it, I'm all ears

Welcome!! Good luck, I would love to be a SAHM but i bring in a lot of our income as well. Bur for now everything is working out pretty well I just need a 1st shift job!
OH i do know of an idea for extra money I don't know if ChaCha is accepting new search guides but you chould check out ChaCha.com. I'm a guide for them when i get the chance, you can get paid for doing live searches. it's really pretty neat. HTH

I too want to be a SAHM. I have worked all my kids lives because I bring in half the money. We are finally at a place where I can quit later this year. If you can, start now with trying to live off your hubby's checks and put yours on your debts - get your debts paid off that way and maybe you can stay home. That's what we did. Good luck! Oh, and you'll find LOTS of good advice on this board!
