Hello everyone! Thanks Kim!
My name is Theresa and although I am a fairly new member here, have obviously spent quite a bit a time around the forums getting around and posting!!
If I do not have an answer to your question, I will do what I can to find it!
I have been a SAHM for 6 years now and have just recently started considering what I can do to help out the family finances a little. I have four children, DS Alexander 9yo, DD Emily 6yo, DS Christopher 4yo, and DS Nicholas 1yo. I have been married for a little over 11 years to a wonderful husband, Cory. I am constantly working on organizing our home as we recently moved from California to Iowa, if you can consider almost a year ago, recent.
I love to sing, dance, and scrapbook. I am a formers Creative Memories consultant and would love to go back. I am working with my church to share Faithbooking (think scripture in your memory books.)
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask. One of us will be able to help you, I am SURE!!
Welcome to the boards! Join in where ever you would like! We look forward to talking with you!

Hello, my name is Amy aka MegNAbbysMom. I live in Pennsylvania with my husband of 6 and half years, and my daughters Megan (will be 5 in June) and Abby (who will be 3 in August). I am a working mommy but hope to be a SAHM later this year. Since our income will be cut in half I find this website so helpful with tips on how to live within your means and have fun too! I am trying to incorporate these things into my life now so it won't be harder down the road.
My hobbies are the internet (obviously) - also I'm getting into gardening. I want to plant a nice sized garden this year. My dad and I are going to do some canning too. I love to plant flowers. I have 6 flowerbeds at my house so it keeps me busy in the summer. Most of all my hobby (I guess you can consider it one) is spending time with my daughters and hubby.
Please feel free to PM me anytime. Just click on my name and send a private message to... I'm on here a lot so I will get back to you quickly. I'd be happy to help in any way I can.
Welcome to Mommysavers!

Hello, my name is Anita aka allgirls. As you might guess I have all girls, ages 8, 6 and 3. I am a SAHM. I do work outside of the home but just 4 hours a week. Enough for some adult sanity. I like to refer to myself as the SAHM who is never home. I volunteer at my church, two different schools, and on two different PTA's, church choir.
My hobbies include reading, gardening, canning and bargain shopping. I hope to include exercising with that list, but frankly I just don't really "like" it that much.
My goals for this year are to declutter and better health.
The ladies are here, and the occasional male, are just great. Everyone has great ideas.
If I can be of any help, please ask.

Hi! Welcome. My name is Heather.
I live on the east coast of Florida about 30 minutes South of where the shuttle goes off. I am also about 15 miles to the beach and about 1 hour away from were that famous mouse lives.
I work part-time as a Respiratory Therapist at a close by hospital. I love what I do. I have a B.S. degree in Cardiopulmonary Science which I am very proud of.
I am also proud I am also a Mom of three. I have on little girl who is 31/2 who stays home with me. I also have a 7 year old son who is just a pistol.....he is active in soccer, cub scouts and baseball right now....he also love to go fishing and ride his ATV. Then I have a 13 year old who just recently turned 13. She is my softball player who we have on a travel team...she also plays basketball. My kids attend a private catholic school.
My husband and I have been together for 15 years...married 10. He has his own business, Custom Flooring....he is a flooring contractor and specializes in hardwood floor installation and refinishing.
I work two days a week and he stays home with the kids when I work. It is nice we don't need babysitters....plus my parents help too....they live next door.
I am 34 and had my first child when I was just 21. I so wish I had this site to come to when I was starting off having kids and trying to make it in the real world. I would have learned so much...so much sooner and maybe not made so much mistakes with money.
I would have had such a great support team to get me through all those difficult times in my life trying to juggle my marriage, my schooling and being a mom. I still struggle but now I know I can get on here and these wonderful ladies give me such great advice....with everything.
Anyway... I just want to let you know that now that you found this site you might as well stay around learn, meet friends, share your thought and ideas, save money, find great recipes and projects....I could go on and on. Mostly you will be connected with a great bunch of ladies from all over the state. Plus we would love to get to know you more.
I am active right now with the coupon train and secret sisters. I will be starting a blog soon to a better me and I am now here to help welcome new guest. I remember feeling very welcomed when I first found this site and to give my thanks I would like to help out anyone new who may have any questions. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions....if I don't know the answers I will do my best to find you the answers you are looking for.
Heather

Hi, my name is Kelli. I am a SAHM to 4 busy girls ~~ Aurora-10, Karenna-6, Lorelei-4 & Josie-2. My DH of 17 yrs and I recently gave up life in the big city for a more quiet ( ) life in the country. We bought a 40 acre farm in southern MN, and can't wait to get it up and running this summer.
I have been a member of Mommysavers since Oct 2003, when my sister-in-law turned me on to the site. I had recently become a new SAHM and was looking for ways to save money, find great deals, & gather ideas on how to become frugal. This site has given me this and so much more.
When I am not cleaning, cooking, or doing laundry you can find me chatting on the board, playing with my kids, outside in my garden or (soon) doing farm chores . I also am a recovering Target-a-holic, and LOVE to barter on the board!!
Like the others, please let me know if you need any help. I am on everyday, and more than happy to lend a hand. I look forward to getting to know you better, and hope to see you posting!
Welcome to the board!!

Hello!
My name is Jessica and I'm 27 and from Northern California. In June, I'll be celebrating my 10th wedding anniversary to a wonderful guy who lets me stay at home with our beautiful daughters who are 4 and 6.
I try to be pretty active here with reading and posting and trying to keep up with all the members but, all I can say is, I do my best!
I'm also a moderator for the Coupon Train forum which I highly recommend if you like saving money! Also be sure to check out the freebies forum and, my third favorite, the recipe section!
If anyone needs assistance, please don't hesitate to ask me. I'm only a PM away!
Take care,
Jessica

Hi!
My name is Brittany, but I go by Brit, and I'm 22 from Georgia. I'm a newlywed still (August 19, 2006). I don't have any children, yet, but my husband and I are looking forward to being parents in the future. I am an office manager of a dental office. It's very busy, but I love it here. I haven't been a member of mommysavers long, but It's my new addiction and I love it here. Everyone is so nice and helpful. My favorite places on the board is the In Store and Online Deals, Samples and Freebies, and Recipes. I've found a lot of helpful information. If you need anything, PM me, and I will try to help you the best I can. If I can't, I know there is someone here who can.

Hi, I'm in central Ohio, married for 12 years and we have one boy and one girl. I stayed home for about 4 years but went back to work part-time when my son started preschool, as we have big debts to retire. Presently living well within our means and chunking away that debt, looking forward to learning even more ways to cut costs so we can apply more money towards the debts. Learned about this forum at the frugal-living Dollar Stretcher site, which has been very helpful to me in the two years I have subscribed.
