I just happened to find this board when I was looking for online support for Stay at Home Moms. This looks like a great place and very informative. I've already found lots of ideas and advice! I have 2 children; a son who is 6 and a daughter who is 21 months. I have been a stay at home mom for 3 years. Before that, I taught first grade for almost 5 years. I love being a stay at home mom though it can be a challenge some days. I have a daughter with a developmental delay. She has yet to learn to walk and is just know at 21 months learning to crawl.
I love decorating, scrapbooking, reading, and crafts. I look forward to visiting this board often.
Glad to have you here. I'm from Missouri, too. I have a 6 yo, 5 yo, and 2 1/2 yo. This place has been my saving grace for some time now. I have been a teacher for 17 years, gulp, and would love to stay home with my kiddos! Good for you!!!! Jump in and post often!!!

welcome, we have a forum for special needs kids that may offer lots of support/ideas.

Welcome, I am from MO too. I have a little girl that will be 4 at the end of this month and a little boy that will be 1 next week It's so sad that they are getting so big so fast. I was a teacher for 3 years and just resigned in Dec. to stay at home and work my business. I sometimes miss teaching but I love being at home more!!!
