Howdy!
My name is Sami, I am a sahm to a Kiernan, 16 months (girl) and Anya, 34 weeks in utero. I am a transplanted Texan in Colorado. I have been visiting this site for about 4 months, and finally registered! I absolutely LOVE this website community!!!! I have learned SO much already!!!

Yes, both my daughter's names are Irish! I am very proud to be an Irish American!!! Unfortunately, my mom gave me an arabic/hebrew name (a boys name at that!) and I married a Scandinavian with an (adopted) French name! So my girls will be confused... but heck, aren't we all??????
I have done a little research on my heritage (my maiden is Dotson... but beyond that I have some O'Kelley and Collins ancestors) and found that the O'Kelley's were from County Kildare. I am still trying to find more info...
SO, what part of Ireland???
