About me... I've got two wonderful sons: Owen who is 3.5 going to 16 and Gavin who is 13 months. My husband David is a great husband and dad. I'm a middle school Language Arts teacher by day, a Masters student, mom, house keeper, grocery getter, chef, scrapbooker, author, book reader, pool girl, you name it by night. I'm slightly opinionated and sarcastic. We all have to have some flaw, I guess.

I'm also here for a selfish reason. None of my close friends have children and I need advice from time to time from tried and true moms. It is crazy to think that 50% of the population is female and most become moms but sometimes this is one of the loneliest jobs ever! I wouldn't trade it for a million bucks though.
