Hello all, Not sure if 47 year old is to old for this board, but I am a mom to 4 grown children and granny to 7 with 2 more coming next month!!........I have always been a work at home mom and now I am a work at home granny....Frugal is the magic word here...It is a must with families nowadays......Look forward to reading your posts.....Marcy

Your never too old to participate on this DB. Besides, 47 is not old - your a young grandmother of almost 9! Heck my oldest will only be 14 when I'm 47. We look forward to your conversation and advice - you have been through it 4 times and enjoying your grandkids!

Hello there and welcome!!!

My name is Christy. I am a SAHM to Zach (3) and Ty (17 months). I am currently in OK with my dh (Scott) who is training to fly E-6s.

By the way, we as a group encourage everyone to jump right in and join the discussions so don't be shy. A good way for us to get to know you is to sign up for our MOMMYSAVER of the Week.

What it is is a bunch of questions compiled together in survey form. I would then randomly choose a member from those who have contacted me to answer them. It was just a nice way for us to get to know that member. The questions range from personality, to relationship, to motherhood, to mommysaver moments, etc. Each question is optional of course, so you don't have to answer everything...but I can assure you the questions are harmless, nothing too deep or incriminating!!!!
