I am a newbie here and was so excited to find this site. My husband and I are thinking about starting our family soon and I have been thinking about possibly being a stay at home mom-at least for the first few years.

I want to give you some advice that I wish someone would have given me. Start now with living on your hubby's income and sock yours away for savings or pay off debt and then when you are ready to have a baby you'll be ready financially.
