Hello. I've lurked here forever, and finally got the guts to just join all ready! You all have such great ideas, and seem like a very cool group of mamas. I hope to jump in and get to know you all.

I'm married and have two kiddos, we live in Massachusetts. I've worked in Human Resources for 10 years but have been out of work since January. I've done home daycare, but as that is not working out $$ at all, It appears I'll be going back to HR as of November, luckily at home however!!

Cool! My brother lives on the Cambridge/Belmont line, we were just out there visiting him! Nice to have a fellow Massachusetts-ite here. Are you as freaked out as I am that it's 90 degrees on one of the last days of September? You realize we'll probably get snow in a month

Hehehe, I know! I can't believe the weather (okay, I grew up here so I can believe it - but I don't like it!) My parents live in Wellesley and yesterday my mother was out in the backyard sunbathing in a swimsuit (yikes...horrible mental image of a 65 year old woman in a bikini lol) I can't wait to have the nice 65-degree days to make ribs and wings and watch the Pats
