Hi, my name is Shawn and I live in Southern California, in the Inland Empire actually. We have been here for about 6 years, moving from Northern Ca. I have been married to John for 12 years and we have 3 gorgeous girls (although a handful at times!) Sydney is 10 and in 5th grade, Jordan is 8 and in 3rd grade and Brooklyn is 6 and in 1st grade. I just went back to work part time as a preschool teacher, mainly to pay for the girls dance classes. They dance competitivley for their studio, so it does get expensive! They are also playing soccer and are a part of Girl Scouts, and now JOrdan thinks she wants to play basketball as well! So I am one busy mom!

John works 50+ hours a week as a truck driver but even with all his overtime the paychecks never seem to go quite far enough! I have been on a frugal journey for about 2 years now, and am still having my own issues with getting myself on the bandwagon! I am excited to be here and can't wait to learn some new tricks as well as meet you all! thanks for having me!
