My name is Lisa and I am a sahm to a sweet little four year old daughter. I am from North Carolina. I am a widowed single mom(for the last two years) We try to keep things fruggle so that I am not forced to go back to work. I plan to return to school when my little girl starts kindergarten next year. I am debt free, well almost. I will be after I pay off my rootcanal! LOL

My major complaint is finding affordable health insurance that actually protects without breaking the bank. Every time that I sign up for a quote online I get calls from the same two companies...the one that I just cancelled, disatisfied with and the one that I am currently testing! I guess that is how they get so successful????

I am working really hard to keep from eating out as much as that is the one area that causes my budget to get overloaded It is hard to say no when there is just the two of us to feed.

My name is Christy. I am a SAHM to Zach (3) and Ty (17 months). I am currently in OK with my dh (Scott) who is training to fly E-6s.

By the way, we as a group encourage everyone to jump right in and join the discussions so don't be shy. A good way for us to get to know you is to sign up for our MOMMYSAVER of the Week.

What it is is a bunch of questions compiled together in survey form. I would then randomly choose a member from those who have contacted me to answer them. It was just a nice way for us to get to know that member. The questions range from personality, to relationship, to motherhood, to mommysaver moments, etc. Each question is optional of course, so you don't have to answer everything...but I can assure you the questions are harmless, nothing too deep or incriminating!!!!
