Hello to all the great mothers out there. My name is Michele and I am a stay at home mom. I have been married to my husband David for 12 years as of November 11, 1995. We have two children; Chace is 10 yrs. old and Connor is 4 yrs. old. Chace is my Ghandi. He loves people and wishes that everyone could get along. World Peace would be the best gift that he could receive. On the other hand, Connor is my rough-n-tough take no prisoners, tell it like it is little loving MONSTER!!!!!!
I always tell people that when they get older and if they are out somewhere and someone tries to start something, Chace will try to talk it out and Connor will just knock them out and continue to do what he was doing: My mother lives with us and she is like a second mother to my boys. She is 78 yrs. old and believes in tough love. I wish I was more like my mom. She should have been a Major in Polish services. My mom is my best friend and I go to her for advice all the time. I am the youngest of 4 children: 2 boys and 2 girls. She has 8 grandsons, 1 granddaughter, 5 great-grandsons and 1 great-granddaughter. Chace worries about her all the time and if Connor thinks she is wrong he will tell her; They argue like a married couple! I am so excited that I found this website because my mom believes in tough love and it's hard for me. I can be tough when I hit my limit but I'm mostly the crazy acting, loving and affectionate mother that will do almost anything to make my kids laugh! I am trying to teach my children that you have to be responsible in life but to make sure that you enjoy your life. As long as they grow up to be mannerly, respectful, responsible and caring men I will be fully satisfied. I am looking forward to making new friends online that can help me and guide me as I would do for you! I wish all of you a Happy, Healthy, financially secure "2008" New Year!!!

Welcome, Michele! We have the same name and spelled the same way! Your family sounds nice. I have 3 girls, a set of almost 12YO twins and a 2 1/2 YO. One of the twins is a rough & tough tomboy, and the other is feminine. The youngest is a mix between the two!
