It has taken me a couple days to figure out how to get in here.I guess thats what you would call computer illiterate..lol
I wanted to introduce myself.I hope this goes through.
My name is Debbie and I am 37 and have 1 lil girl 12.I have been divorced 2x's(I know) and I am working on another relationship.(I know)He has 2 kids 12/g and 14 b.Me and my daughter moved in about 2 yrs ago and now I have become"step-mom"..We are not married and from what I am gathering the rate he's going we are not going too..(I know)..
He has been raising his children by himself for the last 12 yrs. This is what drew me to him.I felt he was responsible and he loves his kids.
Now,well thats another post..
I am looking for support on how to help blend in my lil girl with his kids. His son has ADHD and dislexia. When I moved in I noticed that his son was having alotof problems with him.I took him tothe dr ony to find out that this poor kid was hitting a wall(so to speak) I got him on medication and now he's honor roll student and in Beta!..yeah tell mem about it.My lil girl on the other hand well, she has come down, and is going through puberty and the pure pressure is getting to her.I have my hands full.
I sure could use some advice..Thanks sorry for the long reply..
Hope this goes through in the right hands...
Oh P.S
I LOVE LSU!! It's the one thing I do enjoy..

Hi Debbie! Welcome! It sure sounds like you have your hands full! Make sure you check out all our other forums on the board, there is even a new special needs forum that you might get some useful info (or be able to give useful info!) on regarding your step son!
Again, welcome, I look forward to getting to know you better!
