I am trying to get my Christmas shopping done early and wondered if anyone knows of any really good Toy clearances and/or websites? I know some of the toy stores offer really good clearances at the end of summer.

Did you go to Target? They are having 75% off some toys. I got like 38 toys for 100.00. It was so great

Also watch Toysrus. They will put Fisher Prics and Little Tikes (not at the same time) toys on sale buy one, get one free. That is where I did the bulk of my toy shopping last year and I know it was before Thanksgiving because I was due with ds then and wanted my shopping done before he came!!

I know everybody is on the target kick, but I also cruise the Clearance aisle at Walmart. I have gotten some good buys there as well.

My SIL worked at Toys R Us once her youngest, now 20, started school. She left there and is at Babies R Us. Anyway,,,

When the Big Toy Book comes out in the fall, those sales end prior to "Black Friday" (day after Thanksgiving). She said those will be the best sales before the official holiday kick off. So if you see it in that book, go get it, chances are TRU will not lower the price before Xmas.

I also suggest checking Amazon, especially when you can get free shipping. I will do a lot of online shopping this year, I am expecting in Nov.
