I borrowed an idea from another website...

I didn't post it when I first found it becasue I didn't think it would work...but it does. I am a little skeptical to post things that I am unsure of. If you are at Target you should check this out. The closest Target to my home did not have the little peelie coupons on them but the one that is a little further away did. It was NOT listed anywhere that I would get a $5 gift card but I did!! It rang up at the register and the guy told me to pick out one that they have by the register!! I just bought two because I didn't want to look like a complete idiot:D if this didn't work!!

Sounds complicated, but isn't as bad as it sounds.

Vital Radiance Make-Up is on clearance at Target. For every two products you buy, you get a $5 gift card as well (will ring up at cash register). For every 2 products you buy, you will have to bring a gift card (available at cash register). Many products also have $2/$3 off coupons on them, add those to make this a truly great deal.

Some of the products are only 50% off. Scan to get the 75% off items and get the best deal possible. Valid on all make-up and brushes.

Example of a purchase made:
19 lipsticks at $3.12 each- $3.00/1 coupon=$0.12 each
4 lipglosses at $2.88 each -$3.00/1 coupon= they paid me $0.12 each
1 compact makeup at $4.22-$3.00/1 coupon =$1.22

Total for all the makeup before coupons was $75.02 (clearance price) so original price was $300.08 (way overpriced)

Total after coupons for all the makeup was $3.02 (plus tax) get 12- $5 giftcards ($60) so make $56.98 PLUS lots of free make-up.

Where is this product located?
Usually very close to the Maybelline line. Small area.

Is the $5 gift card sign displayed at all Targets?
No, none of my Targets had the sign. Yet all of them gave out the $5 gift cards. Offer expires 8/28

Can I buy as many as I want on the same transaction?
Yes, just make sure you buy in multiples of two.

Does this work on all products in this line?
Yes, but to get the maximum deal, buy only the cheapest products. Many of the lipsticks are 75% off (see above). Not all colors are 75% off, scan and check!!!

What if the product is not 75% off at my store?
Check again on Friday, when the next mark-down is. You may want to 'save' some of the peelies until then. Remember, REVLON coupons work on this as well.

Do I need to tell them they owe me Gift Certificates?
No, the cash register automaticaly prompts the lady to add a $5 GC after each 2 products, and then deducts it each time right away.


Where do I find the $2/$3 off coupons?
They are attached to the product (peelies). They are small, pink coupons on the Vital line, red on the Revlon line (you can use either).

Is this valid across the country?
I have checked many Targets, and it was good in all of them. Just in case I did not check yours, drive over and see.

Great Target experience - My first shopping experience where I made money.

My target didn't have the $3 coupons (just the $2 coupons) but I still made money!

Thanks so much for posting! I just got back from Target, and sure enough they were doing this offer. The clerk had not heard of this offer and said she had not had any customers doing that. I might even go back later!

Also, I got a box of size 6 huggies on clearance, so ladies be sure and check yours out.

I went to the 3 closest targets to me and none had the coupons on the products. They were cleranced though and one had a sign up for the gift card. On my way home a friend called from her target to tell me that they had some bibs that I wsa looking for and I just realized that I should have had her check there too bad.
