On e-bay, what do EUC and GUC stand for?

Also: someone mentioned a sticky at the top of this thread that has updated info. regarding Gymboree. This is dumb, but where is the sticky and how do I access it?

What is circle of friends?

EUC: Excellent used condition
GUC: Gentle used Condition
