what's on sale, where?

I go through the ads on Sunday and write down in a notebook what I think are good deals or things I am likely to buy. I'll add to if I see something on this website or other blogs that I missed that is a good deal or have a coupon for. This way I can refer back to the notebook for previous weeks, kind of like a price book. And I keep the notebook with my coupon binder so I won't miss out on something if I make an expected trip somewhere. I am lucky that I have CVS, Walgreens, Riteaid, WM, Target, Kroger, Food Lion and a local grocery store all within 5-10 miles of my house.
