Holiday Coupons

Lots of great coupons! Unfortunately, I haven't figured out how to print just one or two. My printer wants to print them all.

I went today after calling to verify that they will price match. yes...but you must have the complete ad..no pages missing (weird but true) and they will not accept an online printed ad...

so off I go... I planned to pm some of the games from the TRU book.

I have to go to the service desk to get checked out (major hassle), then they tell me "we can't accept any coupons on price matched items".

I pleasantly pull out their coupon policy (thanks to who ever linked to it) and pointed out that it does not say that.

the assistant mgr comes over and says that "pricematching is a promotional offer so you need to either price match or use coupons you can't do both"

I even pointed out that some were TARGET coupons...as in you can't use them anywhere but target and must be printed from THEIR website.

Nope doesn't matter. I had them void the order and went to Walmart.

They won't accept a Target coupon...but have no problem w/ price matching TRU ad and letting me use the Printable manufacture coupons so I did that instead. I just figured I'd rather give them my money since they didn't make me jump through hoops to get what I needed...it cost me $15 extra dollars ($5 on each of my 3 games) but was worth it. I am going to email corporate though...
It seems like they are back to their "making up their own rules as they go" policy again.

I still came out okay and am holding onto my receipt should I find a better deal on black friday. But I doubt it... $15 a game wasn't terrible considering most were $24.99 or more before I pm'd TRU.

I went to Target after seeing these coupons today and got some good deals

The Barbie coupons for $10 off the Barbie Salon set..orginal price is like $25 dollars. I have a $5 off a Barbie Purchase of $15 or more from a Barbie toy (inside the package) and then paired it with teh $5 Target coupons. The salon set was on sale for $20, so with the $10 in coupons, it came to $10. Nice gift to put away

Also, the Three Musketeers video is is on sale for $14.99, so that would be very cheap w/ coupons, but I already have it

**Also there was a great selection of Nintendo DS or Wii games for $14.99 and with the coupon for $10 off two, you can get two for about $18/$19 dollars!

If you use the coupons before the 25th and see on the 27th (black friday) that the prices for the items were reduced, can you bring in your receipt to get more money off or won't they allow that since the coupons would have expired by then even though you used them before they expired? Does this make sense? lol

Thanks!!

I spotted this display near the checkout. There were some $14.99 games eligible for their buy two, get one free promotion as well!

If you hit cancel when the printer window pops up, it will give you a new window whereby you can SELECT the coupons you want to print versus ALL the coupons.

The comments below were posted on our Facebook Fan Page yesterday. I haven't verified it, but am anxious to try! That's a great deal! Thanks to the fans who posted.

Melisa: I have heard you can get six games (two of them are free) and use 3 coupons. Has anyone done this?

Cheri: Yes, you then spend 29.98 for 6 Games!!! Did it yesterday. Goes right through no beeps
