They do. Aside from their markdown section in the back of the store they have marked down items throughout the store. If the price ends in a "1" (hence the $2.81) it is as low as it will go. The also had hot chocolate, dried fuit trays, and several other things on clearanceYay! throughout the store!

I got my best deal ever at Sams a couple years ago after christmas, I got ds a lego table (that was 200 at the lego store) for 40 and it came with over 40 worth of legos. It was the display model though

Something else to check out is their auctions - you never know what they'll have but if you're open minded. I bought a guitar for 1/2 the price a while back and bought these neat bundt mini cake pans that came with a really nice covered tray/carrier. I'll be wrapping one of the ones I bought for a gift earlier in the year to give someone tonight!
If you see something on there, google it to find out the price so you don't overpay - and keep shipping in mind too and factor that into how high you want to go on it.

good deal on toys they got in for the holidays - they appeared to be 1/2 off the original Sam's price. They had a box of white tissue paper, 400 sheets, for $3.81. They didn't have the chocolate chips marked down yet, darn..
