I shoot for .16 or less/diaper. You have to remember that as they get bigger less are in a package, so you will have to adjust your per diaper cost a little. Having said that, for an everyday price, I have found that the case of Target diapers is the cheapest, but check the warehouse stores, sometimes they are cheaper and sometimes they aren't. The best price is when ToysRus or BabiesRus has their 2 cases for $30 sale.

ALways clip the coouns, even if you don't regularly use the brand because if Target puts them on clearance you might get a great buy with the coupon!

I am a very frugal shopper, but I did use the Pampers Swaddlers for both when they were newborns and switched to generics after they were 1 or 2 months old. As a side note, I do use huggies nonscented wipes because the others broke out dd, also, with a coupon, they work out less than the store brand.

When my daughter was born, I used only Pampers Swaddlers, because I couldn't find a cheaper version with the same quality. Then we found that the Kroger brand - Ultra Comforts are EXACTLY the same as the swaddlers... only half as much! Dd is in size 4 now, and can go all night long, sometimes as long as 12 hours, with no leaks!!! The regular size pack is normally $6.99 full price, and the jumbo pack is like $12.99 for a 2 - 3 week supply!

I also like them for the fact that Dd has sensitive skin like me, and hasn't had a rash with these in the year we have used them! She does break out with other brands...

Hope this helps!

LOVE the Target brand diapers. My daughter is almost out of diapers but the pack that I buy is around $5 and she has had no accidents. I always go with the generic brand simply because we are a one income household. Tight budgets around here!!

Yeah, I like Luvs and Pampers. I never have problems with leaks and always get tons of coupons for Albertsons and CVS and even Target. Sometimes I get them super cheap when I watch for sales and use the coupons...

I like luvs. Pampers and luvs are made by the same company.
