Harris Teeter can have some great sales. A lot of their stuff is expensive if you don't buy it on sale. Plus, they double coupons up to 99 cents! Food Lion is pretty expensive, IMO! I've never heard of Bi-Lo, and Lowes foods is supposed to be decent, but I've never been there (there isn't one in my town). Good luck! I'd just look for the ads and compare!
