I went to Party City yesterday to buy balloons and they had 2 shopping carts full of gift bags marked down to 50 cents each. Barbie, Madagascar, Shrek, Scooby and some downright cute bags for tween girls with jewels as the handles.
They also had invites, goody bags, etc. Old halloween costumes are $5 too.
If you have a party city near you, it might be worth checking out.
