Target and Old Navy are my favorites. I also like Kohl's. My 20 month old is pretty tough on his clothes but everything we have from these stores has been great.

Honestly, I rarely pay over $10 for any piece of clothing! I love to bargain shop....it's like a hobby to me! I have found that Kohl's & JCPenneys mark their kids clothes down the lowest.....and I know that the quality of the clothing is excellent. Last April I hit a sale at Penneys and ended up getting my 2 yr old son a bunch of long sleeve t-shirts and sweatshirts with Spiderman, Thomas, the Incredibles, etc. on them for $ .97 each!!! Also, I live 3 miles from a huge outlet mall where we have Carters, Gap, TCP & OshKoshBgosh......I can tell you, for winter clothes for the next season shop mid-late April.....I got A TON of cords, tops, skirts, jeans, sweatshirts, fleece jacket, etc. all for $1.99 each last April at TCP. TCP quality is not always great, but at $1.99 for a pair of cordoroys, does it really matter? As long as my dd gets at least a season's wear out of them! I believe the best quality clothes are Gap, Carters, OshKosh, Penney's & Kohls...and like I said, I wait until stuff is marked down dirt cheap. It's fun!

Gosh, I think I buy the most at Old Navy and Target. I won't buy from Target unless it is under $5 a piece, but that also depends on where it started...I can get T's for $1 to $3 and even Levi's there for $3-$5. I love the sales. Old Navy is great and super cute for my girl. They usually mark theirs down good too. I am never sure how much I get for resale, cause I take mine to consignment and get 50% of what it sales for. Hey, it is usually a great check. Gymbo, I buy if it is super cheap. I think I got my niece her whole Christmas for about $25 at Gymbo, I was pleased. I do not have much trouble with quality, except my son on his jeans...lol....if I quit finding them for $3-$5 at other places...I will go to Sears and pay more for the jeans.

We have an outlet mall about 5 minutes from my house. We have Gap, Osh Kosh, Carter's and Gymboree all right by each other. Most of my kids clothes come from these places (mostly Osh Kosh). At outlet prices, I definitely get a lot of bang for the buck. Old Navy has super sales and while the quality isn't great, I am not bothered if something I paid $2-3 for only lasts a season. TCP has great jeans at great prices.
