Here's a quick tip...

After Halloween last year I went to Walmart everyday and checked the clearence...finally six days after Halloween they dropped everything that was left to $.50 each. Even the costumes! I bought ever single one they had, which was about 12. A manager told me that every department in Walmart has an amount of money every month to "spend" on their clearnce items. Each Walmart is different, as is each department. If they have a lot of "dollers" for that month and really want to get rid of somthing so they can replace it with new items, they discount things extra cheap so it will go fast. They do this with most holiday items and back to school stuff.

Anyway, just thought someone might be able to use this info while bargan hunting after Halloween!

Good luck mamas!!

It's a great time to buy costumes to give to kids at Christmas for dressup!! There are princess dressup costumes at Target for $30! Yet, we can get them for a song after Halloween.

Thank you. I wasn't aware of this - this might be helpful for after Christmas too.

I used to work for Wal-Mart and yes, you are right. You can add Easter and Valentines Day to that list.
