We left at 5 am, and hit Kolh's first. Last year we went there second, and waited in line to cash out for 2 hours. This year we decided to go there first and hope that it didn't get so busy. Well at 20 after 5 am, we already had to search for a parking space :eek!: LOL So needless to say, it was already a zoo in there. But SO worth it!! The toys were 50% off, most items cheaper than walmart and TRU and I got about 90% of my shopping done in there. I spent $105 and got 2 Kolh's bucks for $10 each.

Went to Walmart second, it was a Ghost Town! I went into the hot Wheels isle, and I swear there was only 1 other person besides me there. It was DEAD. The electonics dept was the only one that was busy, and I say just 'busy' not a zoo, like it usually is. It was nuts! I was so suprised. I only really grabbed videos and stuff like that in there. My mom went there for 2 specific things, PJs and a guitar that was advertised. The PJs never came in, and the guitar was not the same one that was advertised, they ahd subbed it with another cheapo thing.

Then we went to TRU, where I pretty much finished up with everything. There were a few things that I could only get there so I had to go there. As we pulled in the parking lot, there was a woman that had *5*, count them 5 carts full to the brim parked next to her van as she was loading them up. I walked out with one cart. LOL I think I only spent about $75 there, not to bad.

Then we hit Target, but just to see what was left and if there was anything else we needed. I only grabbed 1 thing there, a video for my girls that was only $5. LOL We lastly hit Michaels, but there was nothing in there we were looking for.

So we left at 5 am, I was home around 1pm, and I DONE my shopping for the kids in the family. Just gotta do dh, ILs, my mom and my brother.

I didn't go out at all, but my DH was up at 3 am to get to JCPenny's by 4 so he could shop for me. He then went to HH Gregg and bought the Sony camcorder we wanted for $300 off, it came with a free case and a 4 pack of discs. All in all a good day!

We hit the stores, but not as early as others!!!! We were up and out of the house by 6:45am. Got to the NH stores (no tax in NH so that saved us too!) at 8am. Walmart first, then Target, then Kohls, onto Linens N Things, stopped at KMart, finished at Toys R US! Got some good deals, but not what I was expecting. We bought a dig frame for $49.82 from Walmart, got 2 of the Linens N Things roaster pan sets for $11.99 each and that's not counting the $5 rebates! We also bought our son a Razr electric scooter for $99 on sale from $149 and a GPS for $128 from Walmart . So pretty good deals, but not what I expected.

I did!! Family tradition in my family - women only, kids and husbands have to stay home. Started at 2am and went until 3:30pm. We managed to find everything on our list and the one thing we didn't get Radio Shack ordered on line and is having it shipped directly to us.
