Who went Black Friday shopping? What deals did you find? Were the crowds/lines bad?

Left my house at 7:45, Target, and 2 Walmarts and I was home before 10:15. Walmarts (both) were out of 2 things I wanted, nabbed them on line. The shipping wasn't cheap, but less than buying the games full price! The lines at Target were terrible on the ends, but I went through the kids clothing dept and was second in line. The lines in the middle were all 2-4 people long. I was glad I remembered to nab a buggy in the parking lot too. The line for buggies in the store were terrible. I am a happy shopper...thinking about going to the mall just for the sport if it!

We did kinda. We were in the market for a sectional for the family room. Ashley furniture was have 20% off between 7 and 9, as long as you got there by 9 to get the 20% off card at the door. So we were there at about 5 min. to 9, got our 20% off card and it worked out great for us, we ended up with what we wanted for 20% off and by the time we were down walking around, the line was gone and we got out fairly quickly.

We didn't dare go near any malls or any other stores though!

So we are getting an early Christmas present here...as it will be delivered on Dec. 6!!

I woke up at 3am to get to my first store (JC Penney) at 4am. Got all my list but the kids video camera (they never even had it in stock). Then off to Walmart (left before the fight broke out!). Then to Old Navy. Then to Target. Then Lowe's. Then Game Stop. Bath & Body Works. Target again and this time got rest of my list as they were restocking (gotta love Target!). Then Michaels. Then Radio Shack.

My hubby was at home ordering the Heelys online for $29 with free shipping.

Still wasn't that impressed with the Black Friday deals. Some years I can do almost my entire gift list in my one morning of shopping. I think I've got quite a bit more to do though.

I'm sleepy now though so I'm going to be lazy around the house for a while in my cozy Bath & Body Works robe and rest up for when we go out later for the Christmas Parade.

My hubby and I went to CompUSA and got a 22 inch monitor for 150 after 130 rebate. I also got a dig frame for 70 after 30 rebate. I planned to take it back if I got a cheaper one. Walmart had one but they didn't get it so they subbed another but they only had a few. At Walmart, we got the all the stuff we went to get. Then we stopped at Goodys and got dh 4 prs of jeans 12 each, a jacket 10, an Alabama jacket 20, Emily shoes for 20, and me pj pants for 7 plus 10 percent off each item. I had stuff in my cart at old navy and when we got home bought 6 prs of jeans and a fleece outfit for me for 105.
I think I am done shopping...lol. I still have to get my mom and mil/fil a gift though.

I hit Mervyns, Target, The Children's Place, and JC Penney. There were some okay deals...but nothing I was in the market for.

Since I am done with my Christmas list, I basically went to get some underwear, socks, and PJ's for my family. I spent about $100...but we are stocked up for the year :D.

The Children's Place had some really cute little girls stuff for $5 a piece. I REALLY had to resist buying my DD a cute fleece outfit...I mean I REALLY, REALLY had to resist it.

i might check out Wal Mart later today if I have energy.

We didn't go to any stores, but dh finally caved and bought the 50" plasma he has been wanting for 3 years! The price was literally less than half of what it was when he first started looking at it. So Merry Christmas and happy birthday to us for the next few years.... He got it online at Circuit City.

We hit the stores at 4:30. Waiting in line at Toyrus for the Playstation 2 w/3 games for $129.99. The lines were very bad. Was home by 11. We hit Toysrus, JCPenny, Macys, Sears, Lowes, Target and ACMoore.
I LOVE BLACK FRIDAY SHOPPING.
