I don't see it obviously on their website...but you can sign up with your email to:

"Early email notification when the Advertised Values from your Wal-Mart Circular are available online."

Maybe email them and ask about the weekly circular? I know for Target, I signed up for the weekly ad and I get notification in my email and can just click thru and look at it online.
