Hi,

I was doing some shopping for my children, since they all need clothes, and I had $96 worth in my cart, going through checkout I aplyed the code I found on this site for 20% off, but it said smth in the lines of "the amount exceedes the maximum allowed" .
I can not find anything on the coupon about that I also send them 2 emails asking what is that all about, but no responce from them. This is my first time trying this company out and would not even know about them if it was not for this wonderful site, but the nonresponse, does'nt tell me much about their customer service. (sorry, English is not my first language;-)
Any help or suggestions.

Thank you

Were you purchasing in store or through their website?

If it is through their website I would try breaking your purchase into two orders and see if that works.

If you were buying in store I would definitely talk with the store manager and have them take care of it.

Childrens place codes can only be used 2-3 times online now. It's is their new rule to cut down on people sharing the codes. I just noticed it on the coupons after calling and te rep informed me.

yes, but I have never used the code, yet.

Thank you for suggesting to brake it up. Still no reply to my email from them.

I would also call them directly and ask them to apply the 20% off code. If it is from the printable coupon I posted here, I don't know why there is a problem. Thats a generic code that should always work.
