Office Depot has some for a penny. Limit of 10. They also have 1 in binders for 50 cents. 150 count college or wide ruled paper is 15 cents each.

40% off backpacks at Meijer PLUS buy $10 worth of Kellogg's products and get $10 off a backpack.

Yesterday I bought 4 boxes of Yogurt Nutrigrain bars for $10 and ended up getting a backpack for $1.39 between the two offers.

Target has Crayola markers both regular and bright colors for only 88 cents along with Crayola colored pencils also 88 cents. Handheld pencil sharpeners just 20 cents.

I found the two pocket plastic folders for $0.20 each at Target yesterday - these are stronger than the paper ones.
