I follow the deals that work for me! And I have my daily planner that I write it in.. THIS IS AFTER: I map out the things on sale that I can get FREE or close to free with or without coupons.. Then I make transcations.. (of what needs to be in number one, two and so forth).... Then on Fridays I hit Walgreens..

I then take a recycled BILL envelope and put my coupons in there (BUY TRANSCATIONS).. Tada!

I follow all 3...and it is pretty tricky...you just have to be really organized about it. I get my Rite Aid ad on Thursday prior, so I get a heads up that way. Once I have the ads, I just get a note pad and write out exactly what I need and I paperclip all my coupons with it to the ad. I do this for all 3 stores and then I go out on Sunday and hit all 3 together (since they're in the same plaza in my town). Takes me an hour, but then I'm done for that week.

I follow CVS, I have to make a list and be sure to have my coupons organized.

Only Walgreens here and I'm just learning to play. It's fun.

CVS here. I think I need a better way to organize my coupons though.

I do all three but like OP, only what is of interest to me.

I make my lists when I get the ads (or when I read the previews), shop, then make sure I enter the rebate stuff online asap. Otherwise I forget!

Thats the part I think I would mess up on is the rebates and both Walgreens and RiteAid do that

I must say, the Walgreen's rebates are super easy. All you do is select the rebate and enter your receipt number. They do the rest.

I go to CVS when I know it's something that I'll use... Mostly diapers sometimes other stuff - like last week they had Maxwell House coffee BOGO Free and I had a coupon for 0.75 off each so that made 2 11oz coffees $3.50! Not too bad!
