I'm not a FT SAHM but I would like to have a little side something going on as I only work PT right now!
I'm familiar with:
Tupperware
BeautiControl
Avon
Mary Kay
Regal
Party Lite
What other companies are my fellow Canucks joining and finding a market for?

Right now I do 3 part time WAHM jobs. My kids are 9 & 10. (I live in SW Ontario.)

1) I work for a not for profit but can only do this from home because I've been with them for 12 years. They want me to work in the office but it's a 2 hr commute .. no thanks. That one is 30 hours during the school year and about 5 hours per week during the summer. It pays about between $10K and $12K a year .. well below minimum wage but it's for a good cause and I can work 90% from home.

2) I work as a research assistant for a professor at a university. It's not even a university in town. I just work on a database he sends me, send it back my e-mail and I get paid by direct deposit. It pays $16 an hour but has worked out to only about 5-6 hours a month. It was suppose to be 5-6 hours per week!

3) I do some freelance writing. I've had 16 articles published so far in 2009 (July as of this post), the average of which has paid $22 for a 500-1000 word article. Again this is WELL below market value but it has no upfront costs and as I get more experience / more published, I'm hoping to increase my rates.

lia sophia jewelry just opened in the Canada market about 6 months ago. We are not able to recruit over the US line, but we did have a referal program and one of my girls on my team refered her cousin. From what I have heard she is really busy and can't keep up. So if your looking for a ground floor oppurtunity, this could be it!
