I have to disagree - I have won quite a few store gift cards (and received) as well as have earned checks (which have arrived). I have never been spammed from them

I also have to disagree. I mean some surveys they send you do not pay but the ones that do pay always include in the e-mails how much they pay. I have never recieved any links to vulger sites. I always get my checks from them in a timley manner and I keep track of the surveys I take that pay and they always give me credit. I am sorry to hear you had such bad luck with them.

I have never had any problems with survey spot, as a matter of fact that is where I make most of my money. In two months I made $90 plus got to try out some new product. And they were fast to pay. Sorry you didn't have any luck with them. Are you sure they are the ones spamming you?

FRAUD WARNING
We are aware that in recent weeks the SurveySpot likeness has been used fraudulently. If you have received any mailed correspondence with the SurveySpot/Survey Sampling International logo which includes an unexpected check and/or instructions to send a MoneyGram, wire transfer or other form of payment to anyone, please do not attempt to cash the check , send any money or follow through with any other procedure outlined in the letter. This correspondence did not come from SurveySpot, and it is not a valid offer. SSI and SurveySpot never ask respondents, panelists or job applicants to send money or make any payment or funds transfer of any kind.

If you were contacted in this manner, we strongly urge you to file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01), and/or the United States Postal Service (https://postalinspectors.uspis.gov/f...Complaint.aspx).

**When I logged on this afternoon this is the message that I recieved. Perhaps this is why you had a bad experience with them***

For anyone signed up with Survey Savvy, do you EVER qualify for anything? I know they rarely send out surveys but when they do I never qualify for them. Just wondering if others have this problem.

I went about 10 months with only $2 from Survey Savvy, then somehow I got another $5. I cashed it out and unsubscribed. Not worth my time.

Thanks. I'll keep trying and maybe I'll get something one day. Another one I rarely qualify for is Global Test Market.

Wow! Needless to say, this is the thread that has finally pulled me out from my "lurking" and into active posting and membership. I have been trying to find ways to help our family earn money to help make up for the increases we are seeing in our food, gas and utility budget...and came across this thread. I have signed up for a few of these sites, and found a couple more that I wanted to share:

If you have a website or blog, you can sign up for GoogleAd which pays you to advertise on your site. If you don't have a website, you can get a free blog from www.blogger.com and add the GoogleAd to your free blog. I just signed up for this for my husband's business website, and so depending on traffic, we will be earning free money this way.

I just began using a service that pays you to surf the net. It installs a small, non-intrusive application to your toolbar. For each search you get 2.5p which amounts to 5-6 cents in US Dollars. Every 45 days, they deposit the amount into your Paypal account if you have over 20£ in your account. At 30-50 searches a day on average, it adds up, especially if you have referrals on board. Nice to get paid for something you already do anyway. Made 71 bucks last month (approximately 34 GBP if you aren't familiar with British pounds). I just started this, but I have heard good things about this service and they say that they pay out in a timely manner. I don't know about you...but I search thte internet all the time, so I am thinking this should be easy money for me!

Between these 2 ideas and all the other sites (Cha-Cha, MyPoints, Sunshine Rewards) I have registered on recently...I am hoping to pay down the debt we have incurred while still having a comfortable lifestyle. Thanks for the ideas. I will let you know as I come across more of them.

The link to the search service was deleted in my above post. Sorry. I used the referral link that they gave me in my email without realizing what it was. I didn't mean to break the rules. I don't want to break the rules again and I am afraid to try another link since I am kind of new to this service myself, but you can do a search for it...it's called Homepages Friends. As I said, it seems easy enough to me and hopefully it can help some of you as well.
