Thanks for all of the survey links.

I promptly signed up for most of them - but I have a question about MyPoints - do you only accumulate points by purchasing things through their site? or am I missing another way?

I did see that someone said something about surveys and emails, but I haven't received any . . .I'll check again.

My Points will send three or four emails a day for various offers. Even if you aren't interested in the offer you can click on the link at the bottom of the email that says get points and you will get five points. Also ever so often they will send a survey worth a few hundred points. Then if you are a Bzz Agent you receive my points for participating. **You can sign up for BzzAgent at www.BzzAgent.com**

Also towards the top to the right there will be an tap that says easy points. You can look at those offers and if you are interested in them you will still get 5 points if you click on it.

I know that 5 points seem meanless but they really add up.

Yes you can also earn points by shopping directly from thier site. Go to Cookies are Required and if you shop thier sponsers (which include many notable and name brand companies) you will earn points on the dollar that way.

If you go to profile, you can tick the part about recieveing email and survey offers. You can also earn a quick 60 points by filling out your profile, they ask your age, gender and interests. Once you make sure they will send you emails, you will probably recieve about 4 or 5 a day. To 'read' them, just open them, click the link, then promptly close it out once you see the address go to the sponser site. You will get 5 points weather you accept the offer or not.

Other things you can do are download their tool bar and then use it as a search engine. You get about 10pts per 1-4 searches. You can also print coupons from their site and you get 10 points for every coupon you print and redeem plus 25 pts every month you print and redeem 5 coupons.

I believe you have to check this under profile or prefrences. You have to go in and tick the little box that you want to recieve thier emails and special offers. That will get you the emails that are worth 5 points each.
