I think you can go into profile or prefrences or something like that, and set it to recieve the emails.

Pinecone isn't on the list. $3 per survey and now I mine go directly to paypal so I don't have to bother with the $3 checks. I just started so my checks are small.

As long as you go through reputable survey sites, you shouldn't have a cookie problem. These sites will put their own cookies in, just so you won't have to enter your ID# each time, but you can even turn that off, if desired. Survey Monkey IS one you have to be more careful of, because it's free to the posters of the survey and anyone and their brother can put one up. I've never had a problem w/any of them.

As for MyPoints, some of the sites you click on can put cookies on. I go through my cookie list once a week and delete the ones I don't want. Again, you can turn off cookies from coming in. I've never had a problem w/survey sites in that way.

Has anyone ever heard of this company...gotten paid?

It is real, and they do pay, but I've been too busy to do their surveys in a long time. I just checked my account there. It seems that it took a long time, or just maybe making the time to do their surveys to make it pay much. As with all the others, you won't get rich. I just know I've gotten some $...below $100. They do send surveys quite often.

I have used them. The only thing is that you only get surveys every once in a while. But when you do, you usually get decent ones. They also have some good products tests.

Pinecone research used to be great but they lowered their payout from 5 bucks to 3 bucks and I stopped doing it. I now do cashcrate. Greatest site to make money. my link is in my signature.
